Choir Whip: ROBERT LANDIS
Choir Whip's duties:
Call boys who miss rehearsal, and report findings to Choirmaster.
Instill in boys a sense of discipline and responsibility
Award "dots" as needed to achieve point two, above
Supervise chorister's car pools to assure transportation to and from scheduled activities
Prepare chorister's for Lessons at Evensong
Librarian: JOHN FOWLER, DAVID LESLIE HUGHES
Librarian's Duties:
Initially populate music folders as per posted Music Schedule
Keep folder/cubicle list up to date as per changes from Choirmaster
Distribute music on weekly basis as per posted Music Schedule
Retrieve music on weekly basis as per posted Music Schedule
Keep list of anomalies when music is retrieved
Put cover sheets on, label with title and voice part, and box new music, and label box

Librarian Assistant's duties:
Xerox 40 copies of "New" CPDL music in book format, cut to x" x y", folded in half, returned to librarian's bin
Xerox sufficient copies of music needed in next 3 weeks (same book format), as requested by Librarian
Xerox Fall Concert, Special Evensongs, Carols By Candlelight, Advent Carol Programs, Spring Song Schedules
Evensong Greeter: (by duty roster)
Evensong Greeter's duties:
Check supply of choir promotional material (in rear of chapel)
Light Candles by 6:15 PM
Unlock front and side doors to the chapel by 6:15 PM
Greet Evensong attendees, direct them to sign guestbook
Distribute 1928 prayer book (Psalms marked), Hymnal 1940 Book, Evensong Service "Card" to attendees
Attend to late-comers
Collect 1940 Hymnals, and 1928 Prayer Books, lock in storage cabinet in rear of chapel
Lock up front and side doors to the chapel at end of service
Alumni Association Chairman: SUSAN SCHELLER
Alumni Association Chairman's duties:
Compile and maintain database of alumni information, getting info from WebMaster and Guest Book
Research information and leads on prior Choir members
Generate Alumni Mailing List, as needed, from database
Organize writing of Choir Newsletter, semi-anually mailed in September, and in March
Organize special Alumni events, as needed.
Choir Page Web-Master: BERNARD KUNKEL, JOHN FOWLER, PARFYON KIRSHNIT
Choir Page Web-Master's duties:
Organize pool of pictures, fliers, biographies, schedules, programs from past to incorporate into web pages
Organize public domain scores, midi files, and real-audio takes of church music for inclusion
Scan pictures and programs in preparation for inclusion into web pages
Design a Choir Alumnus Information submittal page, as well as guest book form
Design and layout web pages in coordination with the Choirmaster
Secure links on main Washington Memorial Chapel web page
Secure links to WMC Web-Page from other relevant web pages
Post current Alumni information
Post musical foundation page
Keep schedule information up-to-date
Keep repertoire information up-to-date
Keep current Alumni information up-to-date

Mistress of the Robes:
Mistress of the Robes' duties:
Responsible to assign vestments (cassock, surplice, ruff) at beginning of term and as needed for new members
Distribute Choir Tie to all members, maintain supply of ties
Keep record of number assignments for all vestments
Sizing, fitting and ordering robes as needed
Maintaining robes (mending seams, sewing on buttons, seeing to proper storage)
Supervising the routine washing of cassocks and surplices
Laundering chorister ruffs no less than three times per term, or as often as needed
Make provision for choir "extras" at concerts or Christmas Eve service by hanging out all extra men's vestments
Pack and unpack, secure the safe arrival of vestments to local off-site concerts or services, as well as choir trips
At the end of term, account for all vestments, launder and store in upstairs cabinets for summer
