in the summer of 2001.
- Come to our alumni events - From time to time we
sponsor special events and include our alumni. Currently the Christmas Eve and
Easter services welcome back alumni into the choir as guest choristers. Other events
are being planned.
- Support the Choir Tour of England in 2001 - In
June of 2001 the Choir will be doing another England tour. Every three years the
choir travels to England, and takes up residence in major cathedrals. Last year was
to be our tour year, but owing to financial stringencies we were obliged to delay.
Your contribution helps bridge this gap. See our England
tour page for other ways to help.
- Register as an Old Chorister - We are currently
registering all who, over the years, have been choiristers at Washington Memorial Chapel.
See our registration page.
- Contribute to the Choir's Music Endowment Fund -
The Washington Memorial Chapel Chir certainly could not exist were it not for our
supporters over the years. Through their generosity the choir has been able to
operate through lean times, and continue the great tradition of Anglican Church music for
all to hear. To include the choir in your will, or make an endowment bequest see our
Musical Foundation link.
- Hire the Choir - We routinely perform Evensongs
for other churches as a "special Event" for them. for more information
about this contact the Please feel free to contact the office of the Choirmaster:
610 783-5170, or contact the Choirmaster
by EMAIL.
- Send us a donation - Running the Men and Boys
choir at the Washington Memorial Chapel is an expensive proposition. Music must be
purchased, vestments bought, programs printed. We can always use cash donations.
